I have a similar priced, unbranded, C-Mount 25/1.4 CCTV lens. It may be the best swirl bokeh lens I've seen.

Amount of swirl is highly dependent on how far past the plane of focus it is. A very deep subject becomes a few clear
central things, in a wild swirl.
