I'd like to see an example of a renamed Olympus camera? In which part of
the world do you live?
A complication might be that the Olympus brand is now phased out and
replaced with OM System, after Olympus sold its consumer optics (and some
more).
The line goes (from older to newest camera):
Olympus E-M1 -> E-M1 mark II -> E-M1 mark III -> OM-1 -> OM System OM-1
mark II
(the E-M1x is a glitch between the mark II and III if I remember correctly)
Olympus E-M5 -> E-M5 mark II -> E-M5 mark III -> OM System OM-5
The E-M5 line is more compact but feature wise usually a generation behind
the E-M1 (and always a bit lagging, for instance with buffer size). For
instance, the E-M1 mark III has hand hold high resolution, which only came
to the OM System OM-5 (I'm sure to get corrected if I'm wrong ;-).
I would take in account the lenses you plan to use. The E-M1 line will be
more in balance with the bigger zooms (including the bigger standard zooms
like the 12-100, which I like very much).
