As I mentioned, my FotodioX seems to work with the Fujica lens, hence, the K&F
adapter you mentioned still looks like the best option so far.
Some of my explorations:
There are also this m42 spacer kit that may be helpful. It looks to have very
thin ring that might avoid the aperture mechanism:
https://www.celestron.com/products/m42-spacer-kit
There are some m42 T-Ring adapters from Celestron. I have this one:
https://milehighastro.com/products/sony-e-mount-m42-t-ring
Although for Sony E, it does have shorter distance as it is for a telescope and
does not need to match the focal distance of any camera. If there is a similar
m4/3 adapter + spacer ring might get close to proper focal distance?
It seems adapters for m4/3 are less available compared to Sony E.
Perhaps a T mount adapter, like this one:
https://www.amazon.com/Opteka-T-Mount-Adapter-Panasonic-Olympus/dp/B0036YWB40
and some m42 to T mount... just thinking. Perhaps using reversing rings in
combination to get around the m42 aperture linkage? Or if the m42 spacers work
with T mount?
So far the K&F you mentioned looks promising to me.
