I suspect the mount and adapters put people off. I had a bit of head scratching about how to mount the adapter so the
aperture ring works. My FD mount lens is for a different purpose. It's the 85/2.8 Soft Focus. Sure, it's a fine portrait
length lens at setting 0, but I'm more interested in the soft settings.

I also have a couple of FL mount Canons. Chosen as well for their optical "failings". Fast lens designs from the early
'60s that have interesting rendering at large apertures. 58/1.2 and 135/2.5. The 135 mm hasn't had a proper workout as yet.
