You are correct. I was going by the BH specs listing for the 77mm version which 
said +5 and working distance 8.6 - 11.8" (22 - 30cm). However the nisi website 
(https://nisiopticsusa.com/close-up-lens-kit/) says the 58mm is 5x and the 77mm 
is 3x.
