It can be useful for any number of near-macro subjects. It totally eliminates
shadows, and can be useful for fill in bright sunlight.
Contrast that to a “cobra” flash, which, as you get closer to a subject, the
shadows become more prominent.
No samples handy... because it won’t fit!
