Living alone most of the time, I have made good use of our local library
for several years. When I renewed my library card several years ago, I
was given a PIN Number which allows me to borrow books from the on-line
library, but I never expected to use it. Now, with Social Distancing and
most public facilities closed, I find the system to be a real blessing.
I am reading a book each day, using "Libby" on my iMac. I've considered
an iPad, but that has to be held whereas the iMac is self-supporting.
Here is the view, as I read mysteries that were previously unavailable
to me.
