Moose do you know that a « piano » refers to both a musical instrument AND a
cooking stove in my language?
How wonderful! What little French I learned in middle school is long gone, and
I don't recall that one.
I am far, far more virtuosic on the stove than any musical instrument.
Ours comes from this factory

They look lovely! I'm cooking on a 1956 GE electric range, with broken oven. As I've been doing so for over 37 years,
I'm more than a little comfortable with it's failings/characteristics. (The oven's been broken only fairly recently.)
I think occasionally about a new one, but there are so many - which one??
and played the music well tonight once more :-)
Sorry I missed it. :-) Tonight is my version of Pasta Puttanesca, with asparagus, fennel laced Italian sausage and more
garlic and anchovies than anyone can imagine.
I somehow ended up with a jar of immense capers. Whole, or chopped up?
Mmmmmmmmmmm Moose
