We make the assumption, based on lots or research, that the virus doesn't live
over 24 hours on most surfaces.
The key word is "most" surfaces. Unfortunately the most common public
surfaces that you come in contact with are hard surfaces like hand
rails, door handles, food containers, etc. The virus can live up to 72
hours on such places. The time ranges from 4hrs for copper, 24 hrs for
cardboard to 72 hrs for hard metal. Maybe the 24hrs works for the gloves.
I would use a bleach solution 4 tsp/qt. (25ml/l)
Here is the WHO recipe for hand cleaner. I have the ingredients out in
the shop Gonna mix up a batch to carry in the truck..
