How so?
This is the 21st century. The only time I have been to a bank branch in recent
years was to open the account and to sign the mortgage on my house. All my
other interaction with banks, insurance companies, local authorities etc. are
all online. That is how it should be. I wish we were as advanced as Estonia and
could vote online too.
Cheers,
Nathan
