Same thing happened to mine. Bit bullet and sent it off to Olympus for 
the flat rate fix. Can't recall how much but wasn't cheap. Has been 
preforming flawlessly since and survived Scottish weather. Took about 3 
weeks but I still have my EM5i to use as backup so glad I kept it. 
Olympus digital hasn't been very reliable for me.
