The two policia remind me of what is all too common on this side of the
Atlantic ......... always on motor bikes, in cars, on 4 by 4s, on horses, very
rarely on bicycles because that requires bodily effort ........ never on foot
anymore

Do the policia in Spain object to being photographed? In Portugal get caught
doing that and the GNR and the civil police might haul you off to the local
jail.
