Interesting. I have often heard that OM camera bodies were light, flimsy and
just plain unreliable, which I found to not be true in the slightest, but that
most all thought the lenses were superior. The business about the f stop clicks
is to me way our there.

The video that Bill posted was a flash to the past for me. I had forgotten
that newcomers to Zuikos were often put off by the clicks. Galen Rowell
used that as his excuse for not using Olympus. Said they weren't rugged
enough. I have a Nikkor 50 macro, bought new, that I cannot use currently
because the grease turned to glue, rugged as it may be, but I've never had
any problem with the mechanics of an OM lens.
