I think that I’d feel that way if I didn’t have one myself, Mike :-)  

The rules in the UK forbid their flight within 50m of property and within 150m 
of gatherings, I think it is:

I won’t fly it if it is likely to annoy anyone, whatever the rules, but it 
gives you a tremendous view of the world for photography, e.g.:

The balloon was about to lift from a local airfield (Little Gransden) and the 
owner of the airfield had just given me permission to fly . . .

I should think that your part of the world would look beautiful from the air.
