bee is strongly differentiated from the background by color differences. In your Silver EFex version, that separation is

The Silver EFex Neutral setting is much more to my taste, although still a bit flat and lacking in separation. I don't
know anything about adjusting Silver EFex, but I know the PS B&W tool. If one can mask, the bee can be separated a
