Two city guys went to Alaska to hunt a moose. They hired a float plane, landed
on a remote lake, and successfully bagged a moose.
Dragging it back to the plane, the pilot said, “I can’t take off with the two
of you and that moose! It’s too heavy!”
“Well, last year, our pilot took off with the two of us and a moose!” One of
the city slickers exclaimed.
Not one to be outdone by another bush pilot, the pilot relented, and they began
their take-off on the lake. The pilot pulled up hard, engine straining, clipped
a tree at the end of the lake, and spun down into the forest.
Dazedly coming to after the crash, one city guy asked the other, “Oh man, where
the heck are we?”
The second city guy responded, “I think about 100 feet from where we crashed
last year!”
