Nothing as dramatic AG's frozen trees. No bear danger. But, well, I like

All very fine, but I am especially admiring of the last one. It works and
seems impossible that it should. I hope that doesn't sound like faint
praise.

I try more things like that than you would believe, but I rarely
like them in two-dimensions.
They are one of those things beautiful in person and v. difficult to capture. I too try endlessly. One thing that helps
is dark areas with floating stuff. That helps to establish a visual surface plane; then the rest makes more visual sense.
