As I am at the wrong side of the pond to send a FL-50 to you, I'd be
interested in a illustrated tutorial ;-).
A broken T power control could provide the 'weird locking socket' and leave
the T flash intact?
I haven't missed the modelling lights ever, and in this digital age with
instant feedback on the picture their use is limited.
And would a cheaper second hand Metz be an alternative?
