Yup, that often is useful, although a lot of 'whites' of eyes are pretty yellow. Perhaps only with Americans, and our
obsessions with white teeth, I've found teeth useful on occasion. the particular image I talked about included only a
rather complex and subtly colored faded flower and a yellow wall.
But none of that 'should' matter, with a neutral card in one shot. Yes, I did get a decent balance without too much
trouble, I was just mystified as to why the gray card didn't work.
