OK, all of you gals and guys are using Lightroom, and it can convert Fuji X-T2 RAF files, so I need to adapt. I
downloaded the 7-day free trial, and on my second day, I managed to convert an X-E1 RAF file and post a jpeg image.

Not just a selfie. :-)
But, I did a lot of chasing my tail in trying to place images in the Library, and post from there. That didn't seem
to work, so I took a devious route to place a "real" image in my normal folder, and posted from there.
The LR library can work two ways. The way I, and I think most everyone here (?) use it, all original files are left were
they are. What are kept in the Library are thumbnails and links to the real files.
It's also possible to move files into the library, in which case LR moves them into it's own directories. But what's
really stored in the Library database is still thumbnails and links.
When you edit a file, yet a third sort of thing is created, and stored in the directory with the unaltered original
file. It's a list of what you did, a 'sidecar' file, extension xmp. When you view the file again later, LR reads the xmp
file, applies it, and you see by default the edited version, although you can then back up in what you did or go all the
way back to unedited. This is why they make a big deal about non-destructive editing.
It also means that the edited file you are looking at is virtual, not an actual file on the disk. In order to use it for
other things, you must Export it, which applies the edits and saves a new file to disk, then use that external file to
upload. I believe LR has links to the major social media providers, for uploading without this step, but for LUG,
Zone-10, etc. the intermediate step is needed.
The Export dialog box allows all sorts of control over file type, downsizing,
post down sharpening, etc.
To make this example, I had to export JPEGs of both the default and edited versions.

Looks like I messed up the overall WB, but a sure don't claim to be good at
LR, nor care to be.
Has any one got a link to a Lightroom tutorial for Dummies?
But you aren't a Dummy. You want the tutorials for smart people who don't know
LR as yet. :-)
