No, I don't accept that. Pixel pitch of the E-M5 and 6D are about the
same. Also remember that Ken said the image was heavily cropped. As
Moose has said, you can't shoot the E-M5 at f/22 and then be surprised
that there's not much detail or sharpness to the image. In fact, since
the 6D has about the same pixel pitch you can't shoot it at f/22 and
expect razor sharp results either. Ken was shooting at f/4-f/5.6.
Brian should probably stay at f/9 or less for sharp images.

Not to deny what you are saying, Chuck, nor to criticise either AG's fine
work (though with such a subject, how could he do less?), but you are
making Brian's earlier point, that the results he is getting from an
Olympus camera are disappointing.
Remind me, what is AG using now? Some minor brand, can't quite recall
which....

Here's some very fine detail from Ken's picture of his daughter... and he
didn't have to spend $4,500 on a lens. Zuiko 50/1.4 on Canon 6D.

Mackenzie Turns 18. Outdoor birthday party outside the college dorm.
Photo was taken with the Canon 6D and Olympus OM Zuiko 50mm F1.4 lens.
Converted in Adobe Lightroom and processed in Silver Efex Pro. The
picture is heavily cropped.
All this talk about expensive new lenses, I'm enjoying the old lenses
too much to even consider the lunacy of spending $4000-5000 on a new
one that is MAYBE a little better.
