Oddly, perhaps, I'm not knowledgeable about adding glow in post. I do have lenses that do it, quite deliciously,
sometimes; a growing menagerie.
I noodled around a bit and found glow pre-sets and/or sliders in Color EFx and On1 Perfect Effects, but didn't find
something to enhance the image in a way that pleased me. Perhaps you have pointers?
I did find a glow option in Perfect Effects that I quite like, but it's a whole different take on the image.

Not quite B&W, perhaps pure monochrome, it certainly does glow on the screen. I think I may find out what it looks like
in a print.
I don't much like Adorama's Kodak luster, so it's matte or glossy.
