On the contrary, "Very Small Lithium Metal or Lithium-ion Batteries" are
covered in the third section of exhibit 622.5 which is titled
"International Lithium Battery Mailability". That title is why I claimed
that the USPS treats "lithium battery" as a generic term encompassing
all battery types which contain lithium in any form.
Show me where I am wrong.

I conclude that the USPS term "Lithium battery" does not extend
to the permitted small lithium and lithium-ion batteries - whatever the
chemistry, lithium metal or lithium-ion, if it fits the "small" definition,
by definition it isn't a "lithium battery".
