We had my Descanso stir fry Monday and Thurs. It's a very 'Murkin style, stick to the ribs dish, lots of prime beef with
red and yellow bell peppers, mushrooms and onion. I added Worcestershire for part of the flavor, replacing about half of
the tamari (pure soy) that the Chinese food recipe I cribbed the sauce from calls for. Next time, I'm adding some green
beans.
