The nearest to a stick figure is the lady at the serving window with the
orange colored shoulder bag. Her BMI looks to be in a tad too high.

Agreed. Those physiques take years to develop, eating lots of fried
and pre-prepared "heat-and-serve" foods.
But didn't anybody notice the others? This appears to be a place where
some of the population sucks the flesh out of the others, leaving
monsters and stick figures. Ewwww
