I think you can get closer than you have to that goal with the TG-4, but
probably not all the way. The limitation to JPEGs does limit the pure detail
available, and you need lower ISO. This image was shot at base ISO, Raw, on a
much larger sensor.
The TG-4 is kinda amazing, but still not an E-M1 or E-M5 II for focus
bracketing.
