Good one Brian.

And tearing up the slab is a much better option if starting from 
scratch. Add some insulation.
FWIW we just had the warmest April on record with a couple of days 
registering the highest maximums ever for the month. May is continuing 
the trend of much above normal. At this point blame can be attributed to 
El Ni~no with no direct correlation to anthropomorphic global warming.
