"Designed to work with a 50mm lens", well maybe you can think of it thus
way. At one extreme it is a 2x teleconverter on a 25mm extension tube on
the camra. At the other extreme it's the same tube on the teleconverter
mounted on the camera (the other way round). So I don't think the "Designed
to work with a 50mm lens" bit should deter you from trying!

I tend to forget that I have a Vivitar 2X macro-focusing teleconverter in
OM mount and, of course, an OM to m.4/3 adapter. The Vivitar is designed
to be used with a 50mm lens. I wonder how it might work with something
longer. Ummm... I just imagined the Zuiko 85-250 hanging on the end of the
converter attached to the E-M1... doesn't sound very exciting that way. :-)
