Yes, but the first one was rejected by Wilfred Pickles’s department, perhaps
because there were insufficient new houses on it. While we are working on a
new one there is room for speculative applications like Trinity’s: the house
design was unattractive, they had 3 storey houses on a road which didn’t fit
and the access was through a street with kids’ play areas. Apart from that the
proposal was perfect . . . :~)
My wife is on one of the NP committees, I’m on another. We have loads of new
housing in the village, with more planned.
