Last time we went from Belgium so we stayed overnight - just across the
road in (what was) the only hotel in the village. So we went in an hour
before closing one evening and first thing in the morning the next day when
it was almost empty.
The coach parties of foreign (mostly Asian) tourists seem to be allowed in
via a back entrance so we were surprised to find them inside when we
emerged from the main entrance. Maybe pre-paid tickets get you in that way.
OMG - just looked back and found it was in August 2009. If I tell my wife
she'll have me over there next week!
