Make that 12-50 in the latter mention. The 12-40 is big, heavy, $$ and has no macro mode. ;-) And when shooting @ f11 to
maintain some DoF in macros, an f2.8 lens isn't any more useful than a slower one.
(Yes, Chuck and Mike, I know f11 should lose sharpness to diffraction, and I know deconvolution sharpening shouldn't
bring it back. And yet experience flies in the face of theory, and that's the sweet spot for this sensor/lens
combination. ;-) )
