Certainly you must have oysters and crabs around Baja.  Maybe not too 
many of the native (Olympia?) oysters now but there must be many of the 
giant Pacific oysters.  They're everywhere... even on the east coast.
And certainly half of your crabs are she-crabs.  Just don't forget the 
dollop of sherry before serving.  :-)
