Now I'm right in the middle of South Carolina oysterland but I don't eat 
them raw or cooked.  I just don't like 'em.  So I just suffer through a 
bowl of she-crab soup instead.  :-)

Wiki doesn't say so but I think Charlie will agree that she-crab soup is 
a Charleston creation.
