But what is not cool is that it is probably intended for the Repressive Regime
market; generally speaking, cheap attack aircraft are for governments which
want firepower from the air but have limited funds.
Then of course there are governments with loads of money which can afford our
Tornados or Typhoons; they are perhaps even more repressive.
