Hi Chuck,
They are pretty secretive, and once asked me not to take closeup
photographs, because they don't want to draw attention. From what I
have observed, they take various turboprop agricultural airplanes and
convert them into "inexpensive" ground support aircraft for various
potential customers. I have also seen specially-equipped helicopters
for law enforcement. Whatever requires engineering design and
modifications, and brings in money.
