#2 son still does around 250km per week riding to and from work without Lycra 
assistance.  But - they’re moving the factory about 8km further away and he’s 
now (gasp) over 30yo so he’s just bought an electric power assisted bike. poor 
old thing. Cut his journey time by a third.
