Chuck, I have read of these baskets before, but your image, seen large,
really makes them attractive. Thanks for sharing.

If you get within 30-40 miles of Charleston you'll find these seller's
stands lining the side of the road. The density increases the closer
you get to the Charleston City Market. Making the baskets is very
labor intensive and the prices reflect that. The front basket at far
right is priced at $150.
