We've gotten some flooding here in the midwest this past month. The
storms can line up on certain parts of the state and dump many inches
of rain over and over again. Meanwhile, 20 miles away, there is hardly
any.
On another note, we've seen more cold-air funnels the past two years
than is "normal".
