<<Makes me think of the Crane Estate in Mass., also a summer retreat of a
business magnate on a hill over looking the sea, with large outdoor spaces
around it. Not very appealing inside, as the furnishings and decor mostly moved
on before it became a public place. <<But lots of large, high ceilinged, well
proportioned rooms. The one room fully restored when we visited was quite
lovely.
I don't think the last time we went during your visit the Grand Allée was yet
restored. It was quite a project. Most of the trees were overgrown and not how
it was envisioned. The Trustees have a special thing where one can get on the
roof during some of the weekends you might be here.

Perhaps the Trustees will accept an offer?
Looking forward to Moose sightings in S. Hamilton, Mike
