Ian,
King airs are used by governments all over the world, in both military and
other uses, and not just for transport. There are ones that come off the
line with various antennas applied so they look like strange porcupines.
These are usually for smaller less flush countries that cant afford the big
jets with giant radar things on the top. In other uses, they can be airways
checkers and medivac.
