I'm here to improve your knowledge. B&H carries 3 Fuji brand dioptric
correction lenses for the X-Pro1. The price is quite reasonable at USD
13.95. Leica's equivalents are USD 109. The Nikons are USD 17.95.
Trying to find this stuff is very difficult. They all tend to use
slightly different terminology and a search that may return the Fuji
lenses may miss all of the Nikons.

To the best of my knowledge the X-Pro 1 uses 19mm dioptric correction
lenses, a very common size for Nikon and very many others. You should have
no problem finding them, although Fuji do not supply any (even though the
eyepiece is threaded to suit.

Forgot to mention that the leica M (I think) diopters fit, I use mine
ok with my glasses but the diopter adjustment was not enough for me to
use with naked eye.
As for laser surgery, I believe there is a new method - similar to the
cataract correction surgery which my optician is waiting for.
