To the best of my knowledge the X-Pro 1 uses 19mm dioptric correction lenses, a very common size for Nikon and very many others. You should have no problem finding them, although Fuji do not supply any (even though the eyepiece is threaded to suit. As for laser surgery, I believe there is a new method - similar to the cataract correction surgery which my optician is waiting for.
