I suspect that that AC was tested and certified to 2+ and 1.5- G's if at
all. That's old enough that standards were more lax. Frankly, I wouldn't
want to be in it doing a loop or stall or spin or anything else even if you
were the pilot. Although, since I'm from Wichita, I don't think a piper
would be much of a loss. What can that do that a Bonanza can't do? (joke

Bill
I hope that no one would fly a loop in a non-aerobatic aircraft; I suspect
that to do so would risk breaking it.
I wrote my post in jest, really. I spent this afternoon turning upside down
in a Grob Tutor after having taught a student Stalling 2 (stalls on the
approach or on the finals turn). I taught her to fly a reasonable loop, an
aileron roll and a barrel roll. It was a great day for it . . .

anyone that owns or rents one has any expectation of ever doing an
aerobatic maneuver in any aircraft.

That’s a nice looking aircraft, but I can’t help feeling that the view out
is a bit limited.
For instance, how do you check above you before entering a loop or other
vertical aerobatic manoeuvre?
