T-32s work fine with the E-M5 in manual or auto mode... or any other
camera for that matter. Auto mode is fairly accurate at modest
distances and accuracy is easy to judge with the histogram. There is
nothing called flash exposure adjustment but one can always fudge the
aperture or ISO and accomplish the same thing.
