At the Seattle Star Trek Con, there was a "reunion" of "The Next
Generation" cast. I used an Olympus OM 135mm f/3.5 lens and a Micro

audience with heads and bad lighting to deal with, but managed to get
some I like. Actors telling anecdotes can be a lot of fun, and this
bunch was having a great time (they are all good friends, 20 some
years later). So were we, I haven't laughed as much in ages.
See here, and the following 11. After that there are six more
pictures of the cast signing autographs, taken with the Olympus 45/1.8.

There are indeed some nice shots there, Peter. Cons can be fun, also
stressful. And a bit weird. I know how tough it is to get shots that
don't just look like everyone else's.
However, I did work one this past April where De Lancie and Crosby were
guests, along with Shatner and Suzie Plakson, who had played a character
in all of the spinoff series (also most recently was in "How I Met Your
Mother"). I was Suzie's escort for the weekend (errr... "handler"... no,
both of those sound dirty. I was her assistant) and my friend who went
with me was Denise Crosby's. Both of our charges were delightful, and
John De Lancie was a great storyteller.
Since I was with Suzie the majority of the time (which was OK, since
I've loved her work for years, and we bonded and had a great time), I
didn't get to take many photos. Here's one of us:

I'm kicking myself for not getting some candids of her away from the con
when we went out for lunch. She's a great subject, and wouldn't have
objected if I asked. Oh, well. On the plus side, we've stayed friends
and stayed in touch. Sheri loves her, too - and she gave Sheri a
necklace that she sculpted herself.
