We used to have a Peruvian restaurant in Berkeley, until mama got worn out. :-( Tough business for a small restaurant
with only one real chef, who's also the manager.
I enjoyed the chicha there, but I don't think it was made quite the same way. ;-) Sometimes, it was made with blue corn.
Neither the food nor the chicha was as good at one in San Jose, Costa Rica.
