Strangely, I had the same problem as Jez - well, somewhat the same
problem

In my case I was working on the same machine all the time and nothing
popped up, so although I have the exe program, no registration number has
arrived yet.
For reasons I won't go into right now I have two subscriptions to the OM
Digest, one to each of two e-mil addresses, and NEITHER has received the
number.
