In a month or two (must remember the EXACT date this year) ;-O> we will have
clocked up 37 years with four grandchildren who are a credit to their
respective parents. We have had some hard times BUT they have brought us much
closer together. Trust and respect have enabled us to reach 36+ years of
marriage. Hear's hoping for many more!

Congratulations to you! as well as Paul.
Had my late wife not become late, we'd be at 37 years. I have no idea how those
last 25 years would have been, but there wasn't a choice. But then, I can't
imagine being happier in such a long marriage than I am in the shorter one now.
Had we been in a contest for married longevity, our marriage could be entering
its teens, but I think what we've done has been just right.
Had I stayed married to my first wife, who is still alive, most of those 48
years would have been less than pleasant. :-) No hard feelings, but we had
done what we needed to do together after only a few years. It had been a useful
partnership that needed to be dissolved.
Happy Moose
