I just weighed the legs alone:
Max i 343e = 804 g.
Ut-45L = 906 g.
Ut-45L legs with QHD-41Q head = 1030 g.
As I would use the same head with either, the difference is quite small, at 102
g.
As a step down in size and weight from the Manfrotto I've carried the last few
years, that's a big improvement.
