If you're referring to the train depot, the trade school is going to use it
both as a learning lab while the students restore the exterior and renovate
the interior, and also as much-needed classroom space when they're done.
They're also going to upgrade it with new "green" tech. Will it look odd
to see a train depot a block from the tracks? Yes. But better than just
demolishing it into a pile of splintered wood.
